Paver blocks are designed to weather the elements. They are molded under very high pressure, making them much more resilient to environmental changes. They are used as individual units, placed one after another in a chain-like fashion. The only weak-link in this otherwise durable chain is the sand filling in between each block. It is known to erode over time, requiring time-to-time refilling. Also, weeds may grow in it with their roots weakening the binding. If the base foundation is made incorrectly, the blocks may even heave or settle, making for an uneven surface.
Just buying an outdoor patio heater will not be sufficient. You may need to buy a stand, gas hose, patio cover, wheel kit, etc. A patio cover is one of the most important accessories as it increases the life of the heater by saving it from dust and rusting.
For wicker furniture, a few fibers are bound to come undone, leaving the surface rough and uncomfortable to sit on. Use fine-grit sandpaper to level the surface before applying waterproof varnish that is appropriate for the furniture. For fabric rips and tears, replace them to avoid keeping unsightly seam scars on display. You can use hem tape to repair minor tears and rips by placing one on the underside of the fabric, so that they're concealed from view. If they're really old slipcovers and cushion covers, consider having them replaced entirely. Keep them concealed under a waterproof tarp during the rains and winter.
Spray this solution using a spray bottle on the pavers, and let them soak in the liquid for 15-20 minutes depending upon how dirty the pavers are. For really dirty pavers, you may need to let them soak for a little more time.
